We offer the following methods of shipping;

For GB and NI Orders:

24 Hour Tracked Royal Mail

Aims to deliver within 1-3 business days

48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail

Aims to deliver within 3-5 business days

Standard 1st and 2nd Class Large Letters

Aims to deliver within 1-3 business days (1st class) / 3-5 business days (2nd class) - standard shipping services are not tracked.

Republic Of Ireland Orders:

Posted exclusively through Fastway Couriers

Aims to deliver within 2-5 business days

Please double check the address you have provided during checkout, as any errors with incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to your items not arriving to you. If you notice an error in the address, please get in touch As Soon As Possible. We may be able to amend the address if the items have not yet been sent out.*

If your parcel is returned to us, we will be able to resend your items out to you, however an additional shipping charges may apply.**

If your parcel is delivered to an incorrect address as a result and is unable to be retrieved by yourself or Royal Mail, we will be unable to offer a refund/replacement***

What happens if my parcel is stolen?

Please note that if a parcel is stolen from a designated place, we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail and will keep you informed of the results of the investigation. To keep your parcels safe, please update your safe place location and or inform Royal Mail not to leave parcels at your address.

My order has arrived damaged.

So sorry to hear that your order has been damaged in transit. We try our very best to package your order up safely.

In cases where your package is damaged, please take plenty of photographs and videos of this and email it over to us Sales@blackpointperfumes.com

All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt

We will get in touch with you to arrange a solution for this.

The order I received is incorrect.

Please take photographs of what has arrived to you, with the photographs clearly showing the codes on the top of the bottles.

Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days following the delivery of your order.

Please send these photographs to Sales@blackpointperfumes.com and we will get this issue resolved for you.
