Where should I spray my pefume?
It is recomended that perfume and aftershave is applied directly onto your pulse points.
Can perfume stain my clothes?
Due to the high level of essential oils in Black Point Perfumes, we recommend that you take care when applying on clothes and do so at your own risk.

- Posted through our Couriers at City Air Express
What is your returns process?
We accept products back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that used bottles of perfume will not qualify for a refund.
Return postage costs are to covered by the customer, with proof of postage made available to us at the time of shipping.
Please get in touch if you have any other questions.
If you wish to return Home Reed Diffuser or Car Freshner, please ensure that the stoppers are tightly secured on the products prior to returning.

Where is your business located?
We have a physical store in Northern Ireland. Our online side of the business operates out of our local store. All your orders are packed individually by our lovely team of staff members.
How long has your business been open?
Our store in Portadown, Northern Ireland opened in April 2010. So we have been open for just over 12 years now!
What do you mean by Designer Inspired?
Designer Inspired fragrances are made through chemical recreation and are not to be regarded as a replica or a copy. It is Black Point's Inspired by version of the designer fragrance.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm. We try to respond to your queries as soon as possible. If you have not recieved a reply after 24 hours (during our business times) please send your request through again.
As a business, what actions do you take to help the environment?
Our perfume bottles are made from recyclable products - glass bottle, plastic nozzle and aluminium lid. We ask that our customers reuse or recycle our products after use.
We are conscious of the environment and ask that our customers help us by recycling all our products and packaging in the correct way.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 9am Monday to Saturday are normally processed the same day. All orders placed after 9am are dispatched the following business day.
(In some cases, we may post your order out the same day even if it is placed after 9am, however, we cannot guarantee this).
Royal Mail First Class Service aims to deliver within 1-3 business days.
Royal Mail Second Class Service aims to deliver within 3-5 business days.
Shipping to the Republic of Ireland aims to deliver within 3-5 business days.
Please note that local service disruptions, post office staff shortages and adverse weather conditions cannot be avoided, and during these times some delays to the above time frames may occur.
My order has arrived damaged?
So sorry to hear that your order has been damaged in transit. We try our very best to package your order up safely.
In cases where your package is damaged, please take plenty of photographs and videos of this and email it over to us Sales@blackpointperfumes.com
All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt
We will get in touch with you to arrange a solution for this.
The order I received is incorrect.
Please take photographs of what has arrived to you, with the photographs clearly showing the codes on the top of the bottles.
Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days following the delivery of your order.
Please send these photographs to Sales@blackpointperfumes.com and we will get this issue resolved for you.
